FRUIT AND VEG never fresh. One really loud driver walking about intimidating people and staff. Has never got a fully loaded shop..9yrs ive been shopping in here and its the worse its ever been. Ive stopped using now. Only on odd occasion do I go.

The store?s quite nice and stocked well, but the customer service is shockingly rude. I was buying a bottle of wine and the self checkout said I needed to show my ID to a member of staff - while I pulled my ID out of my bag, the member of staff at the self-checkout walked over and approved my purchase as I was greeting her and asked her if she?d like to look at my ID. She didn?t even bother to say that it?s okay or that she doesn?t need the ID. Just approved the purchase and walked off. Then I saw her at the exit and thanked her, which is when she just nodded at me like I?m her dealer. No smile, no thank you, no response. Weird, unsettling, ridiculously rude.

Closes at 10pm on a weekday but they play this horrible game of reducing (close/shut off and red lighting) the self checkout stations far too early from 9pm and causing irate people in the queue to gawp in anger. Lazy attitude.

I want to give a big shoutout to (on Motcom street) for being so kind and helpful during my recent visit. I was looking for pâté and wasn?t sure where to find it. Tigi not only took the time to show me exactly where it was, but did so with a smile and such a warm attitude. It made my shopping experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you, Tigi, for your great service!

Disgusting employees and particularly the black security guard, appalling. He was attacking people today. Confusing, will never go there

They have an excellent selection of produce but there prices have inflated considerably over the past year .Also some of the staff not so attentive when scanning and get the prices wrong.If you don't check your receipt there and then it means a tedious return to store for rectification.
