Service was very good and food came out pretty quickly. Was in a pretty nice location and easy to get to from the hotel we were staying in. Good for stopping off for a nice meal when travelling.

The quality of food does not deserve its price. I would happily pay 50% of what I paid for my food. Paying doesn't proceed technically when writing down 0 on the tip section. So I had to pay tip even though I didn't need to.

I adore Wagamama, the food is delicious, the staff are super nice and it's just amazing. I would reccomend booking in advance for this particular location, especially on the weekend as it can get very busy.

The worst customer service I have ever seen in the UK so far. I understand that customer service does not exist in the UK - particularly London - as compared to SE Asia, but this was on whole another level. I had my wife's birthday with 15 people, every time I called them they said they dont have reservation but I can show up earlier and they will ensure I have a table on the night. Showed up 1.5 hour earlier, the lady at entrance reacted very rude, said "there is no shch thing as ensuring you will get a table here". Also, I had a cake with candles and they said they can't serve it and can only give me a lighter to turn on candles!!! I head down to Bill's instead, they welcomed me with a big smile, booked me for 15 min later than I was expecting and also happily said will do the cake and candle serving for me. Such a shame, in Southeast Asia you pay 10 - 20 times less and will be treated like a king as a customer, and some places here in London you are treated like you are disturbing them!

Wowww. Food was so delicious!!! Very tasty tama squid and shirodashi ramen!
Also very good service provided by Fabio. He help me out regarding the chilli on certain dishes and also make sure I had no allergies! Was a brilliant service!! 10 starts!!

It's a quick and easy Japanese food option. The broth is hot and easy to eat, and the flavor isn't too strong. However, the deep-fried duck or chicken (I'm not sure which) was a bit too oily for me?

First we was created with lovely staff but when the food came out the prawn and chicken teriyaki soba had 1 prawn and the rest chicken, and the meal tasted of nothing and was also luke warm, when the chicken soba came out the meal was stone cold and when I asked for it to get changed the chefs gave me dirty looks and clearly chucked the food in the pan until half my noodles was crisp and the other half was mush and it was steaming hot, we spent around £50 for inedible food. It has ruined Wagamamas for the both of us
