Pete is an absolute legend! I came to his shop with an emergency shoe repair and he sorted it out while I waited, even though he was busy with other things. Really friendly, exceptional customer service and very reasonable prices. I cannot recommend Pete and this Timpsons branch enough!

Had a shoe emergency on my way into work this morning (heel that was resoled by another store had some off on my commute), and he was so helpful. Said that it had been attached incorrectly, so offered to preemptively fix the other one too! Did a beautiful job in under 15 mins while I waited. Saved me a bit of a nightmare of a day - thank you so much!

5 Star service, went for a watch repair, battery was changed and awaited repair, but staff member attempted fix and fault was rectified in house. Heard about Timpsons? customer service,and it is every bit as good as I?ve heard. Credit to him and to the Company.

Peter helped me out with an unusual key design that needed copying, and when I got stuck at work he gave me a courtesy call to make sure I hadn't forgotten to collect my keys before he shut for the day. Great service!
