I always come from my office and my boats and have meals coffee unlimited and alcohol drinks I entertaining big important clients here and in. Lancaster square today Sunday 13 October 2024 me and my security consultants only have hot drinks as we are eating in Dulwich tonight but one member of staff not seen before od Indian nationalnaliy said we have had more than 3 cups of milk and and more coffee excuse me but is this not unlimited refills or do I have to air to air this on lbc and my sister global media CEO all media to show how

It was not a very great experience, which is unfortunate as I do enjoy a good wetherspoons. We first arrived, and it was as busy as expected on a Friday afternoon. However, there were people running around and screaming like they were children in a park. They were all drinking but didn't appear to be above the legal age!
We tried ordering our food via the app, once I had confirmed on my banking app, the money was taken but then the wetherspooms app said there was an error placing the order. The money was still taken and I have not yet received it back. I know this isn't anything to do with them specifically, but it is still terrible service, we tried to speak to one of the staff but they were to busy with everyone else. Definitely one of my worse wether spoons visits. But it's a one off, the others I have visited previously have been great.

You get what you pay for in a Wetherspoon, good beer and food is cheap, especially for London. When we visited they had the ale festival on so lots of choice. Also if you order food before 5pm it includes a drink!
