Great store, friendly staff and all the products you need under one roof.
The store has trolleys and baskets and a wide range of offers which are enough to make all shoppers happy. The kiosk also has lottery and tobacco and there are enough tills to ensure shoppers do not have to queue too long.
Good location and also good opening hours which is useful. I recommend this location to others and I often visit myself.

Did a HUGE shop. About & baskets worth. Margaret was brilliant on the checkout. Really accommodating to the needs and processed the shop really quickly for us. Great service, absolute star.

Local supermarket, there aren't many different brands in central London and this one is the most affordable price wise
Very central, it is located 2 steps from Picadilly circus where you will probably pass at least once
As a tourist to stock up on English products: Large selection of English sweets, Cadburry chocolates, drinks with flavors not found in France, jelly, different cheeses, large selection of original aperitif biscuits, English mustard, English bacon, malt vinegar, etc.

I had a deeply upsetting experience at Tesco, where I was wrongly accused of stealing by a staff member Pravalika. This accusation was made publicly, in front of many people, causing me embarrassment and distress. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism and respect, the staff treated me in a humiliating manner, making me feel harassed in a public space.
Even after they realized their mistake and confirmed that I was innocent, neither the staff nor the manager bothered to offer an apology. This level of disrespect and poor customer service is completely unacceptable. No customer should have to go through such an experience.
Tesco needs to ensure that their staff are properly trained to handle situations with fairness, professionalism, and basic human decency. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent similar incidents in the future.

I went to my local Tesco's to post an order via Evri, I brought a bottle of Coca - cola & used a Tesco's carrier bag to carry it around in I was in such a rush for the train that I actually forgot to post the parcel so once I got off the train I made my way to this Tesco's to ask if they offered Evri parcel services.
As I walked thought the front doors there was two "security guards" one was flirting with his Tesco's colleague, the other was daydreaming, I go to que up and a white woman in self checkout saw me & asks if she could help me I responded "do you have Evri services here" she said no so I walk towards the doors only for her to say I didn't pay I respond "pay for what I have been here for thirty seconds just to ask if you do Ervi drop off".
I thought her asking if she could help me was a good thing, that she was being attentive to customers/protentional customers but it was a trick just for her to shout "security" then the incompetent "security guards" started to interrogate me. I explained "I came in just to enquire about Evri postal services, that I got this from another Tesco's but the machine didn't print receipts but I have paid neither am I a theft". I don't appreciate being accused of crime having two big men in my personal space harassing me and wasting my time I said wasting my time because after I explained the situation, I suggested they go thought the CCTV as I was adamant I didn't steel, which they refused to do they had no proof I stool, I don't usually go into this Tesco's but they couldn't think of a solution so my time was being wasted as they won't let me leave.
Not only were the lack of "security" not doing their job when I entered the premises because one of them should have pulled me to the side and took note of what was in my bag but couldn't even think of a solution for their mistake of not monitoring the door to acknowledge this lady entered with his bag as theirs two of them at least one should have kept their eye on the doors which are next too each other mind you but booth of them were slacking and not doing their jobs correctly how many people does it take to monitor a door? and two of them are on shift I shouldn't be bullied and made to feel like a theft due to that horrific unsignifying experiences I will not be shopping at Tesco's anymore and I recommend you don't either.
Tesco's eyes its a crime to use a bag for life the name itself means its mine for the rest of my life I intent on using it until it brakes but by me re-using the bag for life I paid for and putting a bottles of coke which I paid for in said bag I am now the number one suspect, the main focus of two guards what happened to all the other potential criminals, again why is it taking two of them to do one job? the actual thefts where successful in their act of theft due to the booth of them doing the same job of bulling me. I don't understand why they couldn't go thought the CCTV, or why they thought I was a theft, no evidence or nothing, hence why I said go thought the cameras as they refused to let me leave which is against my rights & beyond wrong after a few minuets I had the idea to show them on android pay my card history, which I shouldn't have too.
To their surprise they saw I was an honest customer whom paid, I asked for an apology but of course I didn't get one as people don't like to take accountability and admit that they are wrong but they were extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and did not have any regard for my dignity which is one of the key things to keep in mind as a security guard I would know as I am one to which I did mention. My treatment here wrong & needs to be looked into due to the guards unprofessionalism, use of intimidation tactics but the other is the woman racially profiling me with no eviden

Love that this Tesco has a salad bar! Decent prices and a lot of selection for an express! Always get what I need in this branch. It does get pretty busy but hardly long queues when I?ve been during lunch time aswell!

Highly offended today in store, rude staff of who thought it was acceptable to put a hand on me. I did not cause any crime nor did I do anything wrong other than question store policy
