They do not understand what the "Tesco Payment Wallet" is. It's their own app, so I assume that a TESCO would accept the TESCO payment wallet. Their self serves seem to understand.I will be writing a complaint about this store.

It?s a standard local sized Tesco.Selection is fine but the store gets very cramped during busy times.Two of the self-checkout machines always seem to be out of order and the staff are pretty apathetic towards customers.

The shop staff are singularly rude - except for the security personnel, who do what they can to be helpful. They seem to hire staff (yay, diversity!) who can hardly speak English, always converse loudly and unpleasantly in foreign languages with one another (which is fine, whatever!) but what is unacceptable is that they are rude to customers. There should be no allowance for rudeness. The new hire who served me late this evening was also rude, without exception.I will be writing to Tesco Head office to make a complaint because this magnitude of poor service cannot continue.

Super rude staff, I was judged about all my purchases and it was very uncomfortable but still you?ll find what you?re looking for, it?s your generic tesco!

Would give a zero if I could. Rude, heartless, and unhelpful. Been coming here for the last 6 years, always entering the shop with my scooter. Today, almost at the tills, was approached by a rude security guy telling me to leave my scooter outside the shop. I explained I had problems walking and needed it to be able to stand upright and do shopping. Compete disregard for other persons suffering, he started blocking my way trying to make me go back towards the exit. I shouted at him to get away from me and stop blocking my way but unfortunately he did not understand and walked at me trying to intimidate me. The previous security person was much better at handling customers and actually looked after scooters left inside the shop and not expecting people to leave their possessions outside where they might be stolen.

?Oy bruv? was the greeting I received when I entered, what I thought was, a traditional English shoppe. I am disappointed the only thing I received was the feeling I didn?t belong. I can get my tea elsewhere. Still, not a bad sight to see.

In a word - FARCE. There are 3 cash registers and 6 self-service. This evening, only 1 cash register was manned and of the 6 self-service tills, 2 were out of order, 2 had pallettes full of stock obscuring them and weren't in use, leaving just 2 in use. CrAzY ?

I felt racially profiled as I brought vouchers with my name on and was accused of providing fake vouchers by MEENA on two different occasions! These were on a pdf I had downloaded onto my phone which is provided through the clubcard website. I had my ID but MEENA still refused to serve me until I requested that I deal with a different colleague. Disgusting.
