A place where you find the typical Starbucks products. Here what I would put in points to improve would be the attention of the employees and the bathroom, which was really very dirty. The manager should review these points to provide better service.

Came during a trip to London, very poorly received, did not try to make an effort and even in front of us an English customer was very poorly received for simply a cup lid. I do not recommend!

Located outside St. James's Park station. It is a quite small shop but it's clean and has a small outside seating area and the staff were really friendly. The man with the beard that made my coffee was very polite. Didn't see his name tag unfortunately to mention.

Asia and Amar are amazing, really got my order right, listened to everything and ensured my Frappe was as delicious as it looked, friendly customer service and even taster complimentary cake outside. Outstanding :)

Noisy. Not very clean. Sticky. Tables were not cleared and wiped clean. Staff member who served me was brupt and rude. At closing time, she stood by the door, hands on hips intently looking at her watch and tapping her fingers on the table with a look that gestured, get out. Could have announced politely that it's closing time, ladies and gents

The drinks always taste watered down and bland. Other Starbucks tastes better. I don?t recommend. Customer service is also not great. Those behind the till could be warmer. Also the man (i assume manager) makes the worse tasting drinks, the others make them better but still not as great as other branches.

Watered-down chai latte and a macchiatto caramel that tastes like coffee from a roadside bar. 11 pounds. Luckily I'm going home today!
