I ordered a venti mocha latte, a very popular drink at Starbucks. I have been a 21 year long Starbucks customer. What I got was a venti matcha latte. I asked them to fix the correct drink. I got a grande mocha. I asked again for them to fix the correct drink. The venti mocha I got was the WORST coffee I have ever tasted. The barista was highly unqualified to run the barista station and was rude to boot! I eventually got the idea the person was purposefully mistaking the drink so he could give the mismade drinks to someone else.

Wasn't convinced first time I was using this shop, but that was a few years ago. I even have a loyalty card now.

I placed an order yesterday for a Venti drink. Served me a Grande. When I questioned it they looked pretty pleased that the receipt said Grande. This was annoying as my child also validated that I did indeed ask for a Vente. Okay, I thought, your loss for the cheaper beverage. I went back again the next day ordered my Venti drink with no ice. Guess what, it included Ice!! Took my drink but I will definitely not be back. It's a bad day when you can't order just one drink without a problem.

Your typical Starbucks offers a variety of hot and cold drinks. The chill cabinet was well-stocked. The staff were friendly, and the place was clean. It is a relatively small Starbucks with about eight seating areas and no toilets.

I was charged TWICE for a drink at Starbucks Broadway, London. The employee, SABA, reassured me it would only be debited once, but both charges went through.
Customer service claimed they don?t have the ?facilities? to refund me and promised to involve the management team. Of course, no one has contacted me.
Starbucks drinks are already overpriced, paying twice for one drink is a complete scandal. Avoid this store if you value your money.

Got served by an Unusually small male member of staff didn't catch his name but believe it began with a K, I got a caramel Frappuccino and I wasn't disappointed. All in all it's nice to see Starbucks hiring vertically challenged members of staff.

Deeply disappointed with the customer service received yesterday afternoon. I wanted to order cold foam on top of my drink - the barista refused to make it and gave some silly excuse. Every other Starbucks fulfills my request and as an ex-barista myself at the company, being denied a drink is outrageous.
