I came here today at 10:45. The 2 ladies (Narumi and Hojung) at the counter are so rude and impolite. Narumi and Hojung even didnt want to talk to me when I ordered and then they made wrong orders which didn?t put any sugars and syrups in my ice latte. And when I ask to put a little bit more sweet in there, they rejected me with the bad behavior and even glance at me. Really disappointed.

Starbucks in town has always been small but it has a seat outside by the walk path.

I popped into Starbucks on Sunday 30/03/25 with my Mum & cousin. The drinks we had were great, the atmosphere was lovely and the staff were very friendly, especially Bal, who really looked after us. It?s very close to Victoria Coach Station, I?ll be sure to visit again, next time I?m there.

got phone stolen here. told staff about the woman that did it (to not let her in in the future) and they said that they knew her! and she comes in all the time (presumably robbing customers). An hour before, another girl had had her wallet stolen in this same starbucks. so don?t come if you like your stuff. Also the bathroom is super gross and the main area is full of flies

The staff are usually amazing. Unfortunately I was served by a person (I think called Jenny), who was rude and clearly unhappy to be there. She?s spoils the whole vibe behind the counter and I?ll probably go somewhere else for my coffee in future to avoid that kind of attitude in the mornings. I hope she finds something that makes her happy

Something happen with a guy,he was drunk and bleed,and this girls choice to help him despite that maybe they will lose clients,they choice beeing kind,not the money, i can t believe that good hearted people are still around us,i mean,that was awesome,the guy even going out and not listen that the girls,but the girls going after him,and calm him down,took him inside and talk with him until ambulance arrived. This girls deserve a good reward. They are angels.

Not a lie: The best welcome I had in any Starbucks around the world!
Yumi helped me, and also her other colleague who made the order. They were not only very friendly and service minded to me, but to all other customers coming in.
When I left, I complimented her about her great service.
