A few workers there are very friendly and would willingly help you with what you need. There is Ataur which I?ve had many experiences with him being rude and rough in the tone he speaks. He shouldn?t be working around the tills ?helping?and doing this customer service. It feels more like he tells you off in a condescending way. Not happy with him in particular.

I bought a pack of doughnuts here and absolutely disappointed.Doesn?t look fresh at all. No sugar on it, cold and very dry. I saw 8-10 packs on the shelf in the same condition. If I have any leftover dry food I don?t sell or give it away for my neighbours for example just bin it or leave outside for animals. This happen when leave doughnuts in the fridge or freezer and take it out next day. Cold, dry, no sugar. Awful. This is under minimum requirements . I don?t buy this item anymore.

Your staff clearly need proper training. Harassing paying customers with false accusations of theft is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. This is an absolute disgrace.

I went to this Sainsbury?s at 6:25 this morning to buy my breakfast. I paid for my shopping, received my receipt, and left?only to be stopped by a cashier who slapped my rucksack on the escalator, demanding I return to the store to pay. I took the escalator back up, and at the entrance, she apologized for wrongly accusing me of stealing.
A message for Sainsbury?s: First, I am not your suspect. More importantly, your staff should never lay hands on anyone. This is not the first time I?ve experienced harassment at your store. Next time, I will contact the police.

Went in there today at 1.25pm,and as soon as I entered, no matter where I went I was constantly watched.The staff like to falsely,profile customers as shoplifters in order to make out there doing something.Whrn in fact there doing nothing.After I was followed everywhere,I paid for my shopping then spoke to the manager straight after.His response was very defensive and naive.He said to me I will speak to him in my,own time not when you want me to.That was his words not mine,and anyway regardless of that.I only spoke to the manager,so when I phone sainsburys up I can tell them yes I spoke to A manager and that was his response.

The security guard was very rude. He doesn't know how to talk with customer.
He should Learn some manners.
I asyk a only single question and he said you can do it yourself. You're in super market you should be know how to find products.
If the visitor comes to your store first time how they know about where is located.
Such a rude behaviour.
I never visit that store in future.
The store is in victoria station and we had a lots of customers day by day so they assume that we archived our target we don't care to response people in good manner.

I was paying for some Krispy Kreme so i asked a worker how do i pay for it the showed me but there was two options i pressed the wrong one then it said a worker was going to come but they never did so i went to a till behind i paid and he Touched me!!!!?and said what happend here and turned me around i am a woman he is a man and he toched me but i already paid

Worst service, even the manager (Drillion) doesn't know what they are doing. I have gone with my egift card, and I have shown him about my gift card, which is registered at Sainsbury's official website, and I have spoken to customer care about this and they told this gift in phone will work in store and online both. And this manager clearly with no experience, telling me again n again that I need physical ID of gift card. I have been using that phone method in Sainsbury's for the past long time, and only this Sainsbury has a clear issue. Even the customer assistant with curly hair said something on headphones to him, and he was just listening to her, and she was so lazy even to come and help and telling me off that can you bill at cash counter, which was very rude.

I don?t usually do reviews. But honestly the staff at this sainsburys are the rudest and most miserable people in London. Good selection of food though.
