They have exceptional clean toilets facilities here. As a chauffeur I am always on the move. A clean toilet is absolutely essential for me. I am very satisfied and admire their facilities. I use to look for bargains to save money. But not anymore. I believe that to support this facilities I will shop in Sainsbury?s as much as possible.
By the way there is a Starbucks in the store and they maintain the toilet. Unfortunately you have to spend some money but it?s absolutely worth it.
Starbucks employees are very nice and sweet. They told me if someone ask them with a smile they will open the toilet door with pleasure.

I wanted to take the time to write a review about one of the workers called Toni. I live locally and this gentleman has always been so kind and helpful, and I have been meaning to write a review and have finally remembered to do so. He is a star!

Average place with too few self service check outs open. Customer service men are extremely rude. I returned a previous purchase and they acted like I had tampered with the items prior to return.

Good choice, often lack of some products

I had the worst shopping experience in this sainsbury's this morning. I was purchasing the sainsbury's meal deal £3.75 at the counter, which I found the price mark on the food counter was confusing. I asked the old women at the customer service desk who not just unhelpful but humiliated me by saying that it couldn't be this cheap. She repeatingly mentioned the prices on the individual meal deal item costs, which it couldn't be part of £3.75 meal deal. But the price mark on the counter status meal deal price, and not the upgrade £5 meal deal. After she called for another colleague to assist me, she was not giving up repeatingly mentioning that it shouldn't be this cheap. I felt deeply offended. I was not trying to get a free meal. It was clearly pricing incorrectly or unclear, but she was arguing what I was confusing on. This was very bad customer service. She should not be working at the customer service desk when she was not helpful at all.

It's a nice and big store but the small amount of to-go snack (for example the wraps or sandwiches) is very disappointing.
