I went to the store on July 21st around 3:30pm and the ladies working there were some of the most unfriendly people I have ever met in my life, I needed help and they didn't even bother to help me, and if they did it was reluctantly with a grotesque and quite unpleasant attitude, they definitely need training on how to treat and help their customers, if someone asks something it's not nice to have them tell you something random while walking away with no intention of wanting to help you, if you can't get customer service in a propal way look for another job because it's definitely one of the worst experiences i ever had a nd just for a simple item ...

Post office and all things you need I was in the Philippines embassy and needed lots of stuff photocopy pen paper had to go there about 5 times thank you Philippines embassy who don't tell you what you need all at once you need to get off one of these then you join the que and then you need one of these you get where I'm going but thank you Ryman stationery they had everything

Worse customer service ever. I asked over the phone to check for me if they sell a particular item and the lady instead of checking she hung up on me. I tried to call again but of course no answer. Rude

While some staff exhibited unprofessional and curt behavior, potentially reflecting inadequate training based on my prior experience with the Brighton branch, one employee, Alex, provided exceptional customer service. He expertly guided me toward affordable, suitable products and demonstrated genuine friendliness and helpfulness. His positive attitude and sincere assistance were exemplary. To enhance customer experience, I recommend promoting Alex to a management role where he can effectively train colleagues in his exemplary approach to customer interaction and patient assistance. His performance warrants a 100% commendation.

Personnel at this store is rude and unhelpful, they don't even try using words like "sorry", "please", "thank you".
I wanted to return 2 unused folders (£3.99 each) which I bought 2 days ago at another Ryman store. They told me 3 different excuses why they won't accept the return, but they offered to exchange it for something else.
I had to call Ryman's customer service which was brilliant and sorted out the issue within 10 minutes.
When on the phone with Ryman's customer service a member of the store staff told me "You can't stand here" instead of anything polite like "Could you please stand in another part of the store".
As Ryman's customer service I was talking to couldn't understand why the store is refusing to accept the return, they asked me to pass the phone to one of the store employees who admitted that they won't refund because they have difficulties with their computer system, he then said that he is busy, he has stuff to do and he won't do anything to help with the return.
I was standing next to him so heard the whole conversation. The service level is absolutely shocking.
As staff at this store wasn't cooperative, Ryman's customer service offered 2 options - either come back in a couple of days and they will sort out the issues to make sure this store refunds me when I come again, or go to another Ryman's store (180 Wardour St) which is just 10 minutes walk away. I chose to go to the other Ryman's store, and there they processed my return and refunded with no issues within 3 minutes after my arrival.

Great staff, really helpful when I was struggling to identify the correct envelope/package to send a gift, really helpful. The tall guy demonstrated exemplary customer service skills that everyone in central London would benefit from learning.

Had friendly and patient service at the printing station - needed 2 per page, cut etc.- I'd never needed that before so was a bit clueless about the options. Quick helpful and price perfectly fine.
Will pick this over fighting with our printer next time!
