This is not my first time at the Prezzo Restaurant London,I am familiar with various branches,but I have to give my compliments for the hospitality,service and the food...everything well taken care of to the smallest detail...it is true that the detail makes the difference...I had a very good time and I will certainly return .

This is a rare gem tucked away on the top floor of the Victoria Station Shopping Centre. Very good food, but the real standout was the attention and friendliness of the staff. A v enjoyable evening.

We had an amazing time at Prezzo Italian Restaurant in London Victoria! Everything was perfect?from the delicious food to the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed. Special mention to our waitress Ola who went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. We couldn?t have asked for a better dining experience, and we?ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommended! ?????

We found the service really really slow despite the restaurant not been that busy. After waiting almost 15 minutes to order anything, the staff still ignoring us and serving other tables and clearing tables I had to ask if we could please place an order. We found the food very bland. Have eaten many times at Northumberland and the old Haymarket Prezzo but this branch we found to be very different so I think it is down to the branch. Would not eat at this branch again.

We requested to add chicken & burrata to a veggie pasta for an extra cost. We were presented with granulated bits of chicken. Most disappointing!! ?

It was a trick to attract customers quickly for £1 claim on Pasta/Pizza only and my total bills came to £32.00. I understand it is due to cost of living arising affected some business. Overall the meals was great but the atmosphere from the staff was frosty.
Vegetarian options: Without meats for spaghetti and some pasta

Polite, well mannered staff, easily read menu ( handy as I had forgotten my glasses) prompt delivery of our orders and really tasty pizza. The only downside is a lack of gluten free items although this is not reserved just to this restaurant. All in all a very pleasant way to spend an afternoon.
