The sandwiches were good as per usual. I wouldn't recommend the macha latte - very watery and bland. A lot of the seating was blocked off, even during the lunch hour, so getting a seat (especially with a plug socket) was not easy. The toilet was not great. Only one was working and the lock was busted on it. Nothing to rave about.
Kid-friendliness: Not accessible for kids. Didn't see a changing facility and it's stairs to the downstairs seating so you can't go down with a stroller.
Wheelchair accessibility: No disables toilets. Only stairs to the downstairs seating. Upstairs seats are stools.

It's a lovely café in a great location with plenty of seating.
It's clean, and even when it's busy, you can still grab your coffee quickly.

Popped into this Pret today for a coffee and sandwich to go and was served by someone called Andrea who was really rude for some unknown reason. Totally bizarre and uncalled for. Wouldn?t go back there.

I?ve been attending this Pret for nearly a year now. The atmosphere, quality of hot and cold beverages and friendliness of staff deserves a 5 star. Andreea in particular makes the best coffee, focused and fast.

I?ve been a regular customer of this Pret A Manger for a while, and I?ve always been impressed with the quality. Firstly, the staff here are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. Even when it?s very busy, the staff are always doing the best! The availability of sandwiches and everything here is great. Nothing beats the Posh Cheddar and Pickle Baguette! The store was very clean and organised, with plenty of seating options available. I would highly recommend this Pret A Manger to you.

Visited this pret a few times as I work nearby and every time the service is awful. The staff look at you like you are poo on their shoe, horrible attitude, mistakes on orders with no apology when raised, never received a smile. The staff can see you standing waiting to order and will purposely ignore you and leave you waiting until they feel like it even when it?s not busy and they are not completing a task. The food is good but the staff completely ruin it.

Came to London for a conference, and this was my go-to place for breakfast every morning. Great coffee and awesome atmosphere. The manager and staff were very friendly and professional.
