I regularly visit this particular Pret before a standing appointment and I always have a good experience.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. For example, on my most recent visit, one of the staff recommended a syrup to have in my latte. I was also not charged since it was my first time having it.
Due to the location, it is quite busy but I am usually able to find a seat and the general atmosphere is suitable if you want sit and enjoy your food and drinks.
My only feedback would be they should be more vigilant about who uses the disabled toilet. It usually is locked (which is good) but on one occasion, I could not use it as a homeless person was inside washing themselves. They also made a mess.
In summary, the thing that stands out for me is the excellent service provided by the staff.

After finishing my shift at Bunkingham Palace, the weather was chilly, so I looked for a place to have lunch, and found a place that sold sandwiches, so I went in and there were various types of food, including warm soup and sandwich bread.
Since I am a native Korean, I tend to be picky about food while traveling, but I like curry chicken soup.
I ordered and ate something similar to a sandwich baked with macaroni and cheese, but it wasn't salty.
I ate it warm. The warm food was displayed in the refrigerator, so I could order it and eat it right away.
It was comfortable. The curry chicken soup was really warm and delicious and warmed my body.
I'm thinking of going there again while I'm in London. The staff's service was friendly.

Open from 05.30 to 8.30pm. It's always a great place to grab a sandwich and coffee from. Good selection and friendly staff.

this branch i really liked coz of the guy taking our orders while we were there. too bad i missed getting his name. he was very welcoming and served our coffees quite fast. the view we had was nice too :-)

Popped in to Pret for a lovely iced coffee, and had a lovely welcome from Faarhat, she was so welcoming after a lovely chat & banter I was told the coffee was on the house ?? ?
What a lovely surprise, I love how these little gestures of kindness are given in Pret.
It really does make me love the brand even more.
