I brought a filter coffee here which was being heavily topped up with hot water as I watched it being made. The coffee was a hard to drink mix of tasting watery with a slight overbrewed bitter taste - so I ended up throwing it away after a few sips

It seems I?ve got it in for the company but this branch has no actual cups despite it being a cafe with plenty of room to sit. The reason the lady gave: ?Covid? and ?who has time for that now??. Me. You should be able to get a proper cup to drink from when you pay £5. Again the coffee was not made properly.

Usual high standards except for keeping tables clean. I was there after the initial morning rush. Stocks good, service apart from tables was good. Air con on full blast.

I visit this Pret multiple times a week as I work around the corner, and Yenny always gives us amazing service! She makes great drinks and it always really friendly. The only thing is it's very warm currently during the London heatwave and there is no air conditioning in the afternoon meaning it's not really possible to sit inside. It would be good to have the air con on permanently during opening hours, especially when it's so hot

This is my local Pret to and I come most days, staff are very friendly and make great coffee. However I have noticed that the aircon doesn't seem to work, so it is uncomfortably hot inside. I asked a staff member and they said they have no control over the aircon. Now it's summer, it is stopping me from sitting inside, so I would suggest going elsewhere if it's a hot day!

I come to this Pret often as I love the drinks! The closing barista here for weekdays is so good at making drinks and the closing team leader for weekdays is also super friendly :). BUT the shop is unbearably hot right, it's 10x hotter than outside because, Im guessing, that the air con doesnt work. It makes it impossible to enjoy the lovely service the workers provide and to even sit there. Please fix this problem before you chase the customers away because of the heat.

Valerio made us feel so welcome on our first day of vacation that we decided to come in for breakfast every day during our stay in London. He has a great personality and is exceptionally friendly. Food and coffees were great, especially the new cinnamon crowns. Greetings from Shetland!
