I ordered an iced matcha latte between 12:50 and 13:10 and was met with shockingly rude behaviour from the staff. The woman and the man working with her behind the till were both dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service. When we asked to change the drink due to an unexpected addition of coconut milk, something that wasn?t clearly communicated, the woman responded with unnecessary attitude instead of simply explaining the situation or offering a solution. She chose to argue rather than help, making what should have been a simple fix into a needlessly unpleasant confrontation. I?ve never dealt with such unhelpful or disrespectful baristas. I won?t be returning to this Pret location again.

A spacious, convenient branch near Trafalgar Square with plenty of seating. There is 1 toilet inside for customers, which there can be a queue for.

We like Pret wherever we go. The food is dependable, good quality and reasonably priced. Yesterday we bought baguettes and apple juice and relaxed at a table for two by the window. This is a beautifully spacious café whose only downside is the one wc. Adequate but causes a queue.

Hate when I ask Google for 4.5 and above coffee shops, and the low grade chains are pushed on me, just because the big corporation paid, stopping me to find the great ones where they really care... We have to stop giving money to these corporations who then in turn try to corrupt us...
