I went to pret a manger victoria station london this afternoon with my dad and my mum and sister mollie came too
This is my first time checking this one out
Because I haven't been to this one before I been to the one in sevenoaks
But not the one in London
I guess pret a manger is popular because seems to be more than one there's so many of them
There today I had a cup of tea and I really enjoyed it
It was one of the best cups of tea I have ever had
My cup of tea was just the way I like to have them
You do very lovely cups of tea there
The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly polite
I had a lovely first experience at pret a manger london today

I should have definitely taken a picture, I was thinking of ordering the dessert . Literally saw bugs crawling over them . I informed the person behind the till. They were so non chalant about it telling me oh yeah we will throw those out, like whattttttt ???????????? How can you be so unhygienic ? They ended up staying there even after I left

Yet again the pret hot chocolate is basically hot milk and all the powder is just a solid mass in the bottom of the cup!! Would not recommend!

Has to be the worst Oat Latte I've ever had. Pret really cheaps out on their oat milk supplier. So bitter.

I ordered an earl grey tea but I got English breakfast tea. When I mentioned to the barista that I wanted the earl grey, he said 'but you never said that', no offering the correct order or apologising, nothing. I never drink normal black tea (don't like the taste) so I definitely ordered Earl grey. After 24 hours travelling, it was a bit disappointing. I work in customer service and I also worked in cafes, being kind and compassionate doesn't cost anything and a small gesture goes a long way. Try it.
