9th February around 3.30pm
Asked for 2 coffees and one of the cookies (last one on that tray)
The barista replied ?sorry sir, we can?t serve the last cookie. We must always keep the last pastry in each tray unsold?
Having experience in hospitality, I know why they do that, but that is FRANKLY UNACCEPTABLE!!
I smiled and ignored because I didn?t that to annoy me.
Few minutes later I asked for a cup with hot water just to see they were selling 3 cookies and all of them were the last ones in their one trays.
How am I supposed to be interested to return to any Pret??

Best pret in London bu FAAAR. All the guys are very attentive from minute one to the last. I ofthen drive 30 mins and pass other Prets just to have my coffee here. Shaun and Alex is outstanding but the entire team is a Wow. Keep it up and thank you for being amazing every day!
