Don?t usually leave a review for coffee shops but just wanted to note the manager (JP) who was incredibly rude when I asked for my tea without milk which I was not asked about when ordering. He jumped down my throat that it was my fault for not saying black tea. His colleague seemed scared to say anything. Not the service I usually get from Pret. Made me feel uncomfortable.

We stopped in for drinks when walking around London. The customer service was good and the shop felt clean.

Food is like your average Pret A Manger; delicious, and the atmosphere is great. A huge area behind for people to study and eat and it feels so comfortable and cozy when sitting there. Amazing service too, staff are quick and nice.

Whatever time of year this branch does not do shakers. They once took an order, paid and when it didn't arrive they said they didn't have any. Having discussed at length someone said they would check downstairs and miraculously a crate appeared.Today, person was about to take the order and a quick glance from someone and I was told they don't do them.This was the most honest answer ever. It maybe on the menu but this branch just doesn't do them, no doubt due to small counter.

The staff on this Pret went above and beyond to assist me on Saturday when I found myself unable to orientated myself back to Westmister and in need of a toilet.I have had coffees and food from Pret previously and always found it to be of good quality but the helpfulness of the staff in this store is truly noteworthy.
