I have been coming to this branch for nearly 6 years . The staff are amazing and treat me now like their family . They always remember which coffee I am getting ( I am always coming for the same latte). Delicious breakfast and lunch options ( I usually get both when I am there in the morning) and amazing super efficient and friendly staff ( I never wait long in a queue) . A coffee shop of my dreams ! Simply , the best !

I had a quick breakfast at the Vauxhall Bridge shop today. After leaving, I realized I had lost my wallet! I searched everywhere, but I couldn?t find it. I went back to the shop, and guess what? One of the staff members found it and gave it to the manager. The manager kept it safe until I returned.
I can?t thank the shop manager and the staff enough for their honesty and for taking care of the customers. They saved the day and saved me a lot of troubles getting new documents. You must be so proud to have such wonderful people working for you!

This is a great place to stay if you want to study or work.
It?s usually peaceful, as most visitors come here to work quietly.
However, the downside is that the coffee and chai latte don?t taste very good.
The cookies are just average, and the matcha latte is nothing special either.

Preta is a place you?ll always want to return to. The coffee is truly excellent aromatic, fresh, and carefully prepared. The café is impeccably clean, which adds to the comfort of every visit. The staff deserves special recognition always friendly, polite, and helpful which makes the atmosphere especially pleasant. It?s the perfect spot for a morning coffee, a catch-up with friends, or a moment of relaxation during the day.

Really huge inside with loads of comfortable seating. Staff are really jolly and remember regulars. Loads of choice for meals, snacks and sweets treats. Great place to drop in for food or simple takeaway coffee. I had the vegan very berry crossiant. Good place to work from as long as you buy something. Great ambience. Toilets inside.

People, this is a fine place! Stop with the complaining already. It is standard Pret food and decor, but the atmosphere is warm, friendly and neighborly. The service today was rapid and excellent. My coffee was strong and hot. Just what I needed.

One of the better locations of Pret. Spacious and quiet. On a corner so if you get a window table, it's a very enjoyable place to sit and sip your tea or coffee. Lots of space, makes for a great spot to catch up with a friend.

Meh. It's the Starbucks of London. There is literally one every block. Decent food if you don't want to wait. Very overpriced for what you get.
