Took my kids here for lunch and found it surprising pleasant. Food was very reasonable and the service was excellent. Plenty of veggie and vegan options.
We were served by a lovely, friendly woman called Ramani (apologies if incorrect spelling) and found her extremely attentive and kind. Would recommend.

Spacious, and quiet with polite staff. We attended in a large group, on a Wednesday afternoon.
The food arrived in good time, staff were friendly and there was a good deal on with pizza's.

Superbly quiet on a Sunday afternoon, only 2-4 other customers! We enjoyed the attentive service, and comfy booth type seat in the window, modern decor and of course the fresh tasty food. If you want a quiet and relaxed afternoon pizza or pasta dish then this will be ideal.

I have been coming to the restaurant for years. Over the past year or so I have seen a decline in customer service and satisfaction. We waited 40 mins for starter that never arrived, only to be told they are not ready and no one bother to mention it to us. Clearly under staffed with one stressed chef slamming oven doors left right and centre, We had two hungry kids and not a single person bothered to approach us to tell us what was happening. The worse service ever. This will be my last time to go to pizza express, I will take my money elsewhere , If you have young kids avoid and the manager (Joe) was very rude with little communication skills, goodness me no customer service whatsoever,Just appalling.

We?ve been charged with ridiculous service fee, 12.5% even if it says this service fee ONLY applies to 7 or more guests in a table and we were only 2. The guy (middle age man) who serviced us wasn?t really helpful with the issue, I told him why we were being charged for 7 people?s service fee but he didn?t even listen us properly although the restaurant wasn?t busy. I paid £20 just for a tiny starter (literally two very small chicken peaces but you don?t even need to chew it) and a small pizza, no drinks. Definitely NOT recommended.
