I would like to express my satisfaction as to the quality of the pizza.

Ate here with a friend. Do they have a nice offer on the menu: £28.65 +- per 3 course menu.
When you want to pay, they are already at your place with the pin, no time to check the receipt.
This was eventually done after paying and of course the deal was not successful. Paid almost 7 pounds too much (8.45 in euros), said something about this and then I had to pay the new amount again and I would then get the other person back.
After some hesitation, I paid, but the receipt turned out to be incorrect again. Left this as is.
After one day I got my money back in my account, it was too short!!!!!!
Bad service.

Not a place I have visited often but was very pleasantly surprised. The staff were lovely, the food was hot and tasty, with a nice choice on the menu.
Vegetarian options: Separate vegan menu available.

I walked in and the man on the desk said "it's not ready you have to wait". I looked at him and said I had a booking, and he said he thought i was a deliveroo driver! Not a great start. Every worker looked miserable, we were ignored several times when trying to order and had to request a few items several times before they were bought out. The service is shockingly bad, and I overheard several people complaining about how awful the service was. At the end i told the waitress to ensure there wss no service charge on the bill as i was very unhappy. Her response was "can you see service charge on the bill? No." Never going here again.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Pizza Express. We arrived at 7:59 PM for our 8:00 PM booking and were barely acknowledged?just pointed to a table by the window with no guidance or assistance. From there, the service only got worse.
We were completely ignored until 8:30 PM before anyone even took our order. At this point, we decided to order both drinks and food together, unsure if the bald waiter would even bother returning for a second round. To make matters worse, a couple who arrived at the same time as us (and were stood directly in front of us waiting to be seated) had already been served, eaten, and were browsing the dessert menu while we were still waiting for basic service.
When our drinks finally arrived, they were plonked down on the table without a word, and the waiter immediately walked away. The food experience was no better?service was just as impersonal and dismissive, though we were at least asked if we wanted black pepper on our pizza.
The only moment of polite service we received was when we asked for the dessert menu and were given a single word in response: ?Certainly.?
Overall, the service was slow, inattentive, and completely lacking in basic hospitality. I wouldn?t recommend this location unless you?re happy to be ignored while other diners receive timely and courteous service.

Excellent and cozy place. During our stay in London we went several times because of the quality of the food and service. The kind and dedicated attention of Bruno, who supported us in Spanish, left us with an excellent experience. Highly recommended!

Really poor quality pizza. The cheese had gone off, the pizza Luke warm and taste awful. Garlic oli with a watery consistency. Garlic bread with no flavour. Awful. Not like the PE in the past. Avoid there are better places to spend your money.

Came here with my my friend to have lunch and we were seated fairly quickly. Once we were seated the waiter didn't come to us at all and we waited 30-40 minutes before deciding to leave. It was somewhat busy but overall very calm and few new people came in so I don't understand why such the long wait. Not only that but the family on the table next to us was staring at my hijabi friend and making her uncomfortable. Overall not a great experience. On top of that the prices are outrageous for fast food quality products but we were willing to overlook that until everything else happened. I think it'd be better to just have their frozen pizzas at home if anything.
