A quick snack before the theater. But the open sandwich was so tired that it had fallen asleep. The hot dog was warm, but the sausage was cold and the bun was dry. And when you're a bakery, the bread can't be dry.

Decent atmosphere. Coffee was a bit weak.
Coffee cup and lid were very flimsy. Lid dropped out while drinking, spilling coffee on myself. Quite annoyed at the material used. Clothes stained.
Need to use better quality take away cups to provide better price value proposition.

Terrible for the planet. Avoid. This branch of the Ole Steen coffee and bakery chain in central London only offers single-use disposable take-away cups. Even for customers who dine in. When I asked why they did not offer normal ceramic cups, the staff just said it was company policy. This is a disgrace. The store is huge, two or three floors, plenty of space for washing and drying facilities. But of course. It is cheaper and more convenient for the company to use disposables, and hey, who cares about the planet when there is corporate profit to consider. Ole Kristoffersen and Steen Skallebaek - you should be ashamed of yourselves. I wonder if the parent company, Lagkagehuset, has the same terrible policy in Denmark? Maybe not, because the environment is considered important over there. Please can you change this damaging environmental policy for your UK branches.

Came for a late evening snack to be welcomed by a swam of flies surrounding the food that was being served to customers. Don?t know what that?s all about?

Laptop friendly. I often grab a tea and work from here. There is also outdoor seating and additional seating up stairs.

Lunch with wife niece and great nephew. Busy eatery in a busy location. Queues to order food but a good selection and we all had toasted sandwiches and coffee. All very tasty.
Ground floor upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of room.
Toilets clean and tidy with hot water and hand dryers.
Baby changing facilities.
If in need of a snack bread or pastries are all good.
Definitely recommend ???????????

Very okay. Coffee was so-so. Sandwiches were very so-so. Bought a loaf of rye bread to take home and that was quite good.

I really enjoyed Ole & Steen. Avocado on toast and eggs Benedict that I tried was really well made, and I enjoyed the atmosphere as well.
