Came in for a quick meal with the kids great food arrived quickly , great music and nice atmosphere staff weren't too attentive but everything was mostly self serve.

We arrived on a whim hoping there would be space but on arrival it was pretty full so we had to wait 15 minutes (our fault) but the staff were friendly, apologised for the wait and allowed us to wait on a bench. Not long after we were sat at our seat, food was ordered quick and service was just as good. Fresh and tasty food. What more could you want from a cheeky Nandos ??

It was very busy when we got there, had to wait in a long que. The lady who gave us a table made us feel uncomfortable probably because we were black. We observed being treated differently to the white family that was sitting next to us. I love nandoos but will surely avoid this one

Had an order for take out the other day and a couple of things were missing. Big miffed at first, but it was busy. Called up the store and spoke to Jeelani, who sorted out the missing stuff right away,and threw in extras. Food was great too! Great customer service, and exactly what you expect from a nandos ?

We were very well received. We found a table to be comfortable with a baby. We thank Viyana very much for her kindness and for making us a whole plate again at no extra cost because my sister gave her baby something to drink and it was cold! Thank you very much we will come back.

Don?t bother ordering from this Nando?s if you?re ordering on Deliveroo or the Nando?s app. They will deliver your order with missing items everytime.
I ordered a whole chicken and called the restaurant in advance to make sure they put sauces in the bag, which they said is no problem.
The order came 20 mins later with zero sauces and also missing a side order at the same time. (How)
It happened the night before when I ordered aswell, even though I called the restaurant up prior. It?s just disappointing and lazy service. There?s clearly no care taken.
I then called Nando?s customer service and asked if they could deliver the correct items that they didn?t deliver to begin with, and they said they couldn?t. So in the end my family enjoyed a dry chicken for dinner with a missing side order. Incredible service from a chicken restaurant.
FYI - most customers would not enjoy chicken without having sauce with it , it?s rare to see anyone eat their meal without the sauces and it should be an option to be able to add sachets of the restaurant sauce in the bag without having to buy the bottles sauces because they are clearly not the same recipe.
Writing this to save anyone from a disappointment, go for a different chain.

Came for Christmas Eve, we work in hospitality and completely understand closing early and wanting to go home to families on christmas but we came in a couple hours before close and were treated so horribly. there was already an altercation outside with the managers and a customer so already set the mood with bad vibes. we asked the manager, Jeleni about the discontinuation of the chickpea burger and mentioned online there was a super green burger and wanted to simply ask if it was available at that restaurant. to this he replied, ? obviously not where did u even find that? along with an incredibly snappy attitude he made us feel stupid, didn?t even say hi when he approached our table and just created very unnecessary tension and discomfort. really crappy way to address customers especially on christmas eve. definitely should keep an eye on that manager to see how he?s talking to customers or maybe even staff.

Walked in with no booking. Sat down immediately and was told about the app and order at table facility.
After ordering, drinks arrived within 1 minute and food within 5. Excellent food, perfect for a pre-show meal

We went here as a last minute decision waiting for a coach. The service was slow but the restaurant was fairly busy, The food took a while to come out to us. The restaurant is small and feels very compact.
