The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The food is very tasty; although the portions are quite small.
The possibility of self-service for drinks and sauces is very practical.
Prices, for London, very affordable.

The staff has been very rude from the beginning because we are Spanish and then they got into our conversation saying that we were laughing at them and they talked to us terribly (obviously we were not saying anything about them)
But the food is very good

We went to the establishment and from the first minute they didn't like that we were a large group. The manager spoke very badly to us because we sat down before she confirmed it to us. But a waiter gave us permission. HE DIDN'T APOLOGIZE. Afterwards we were playing jokes on each other and they got into our conversation without understanding it and told us no jokes. (it was thought they were talking about them) they finally apologized to us. They put the air conditioning in our area to get us out early. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.

This was one of the worst Nando?s experiences I?ve had. We ordered two mains, only to be told later they were unavailable?yet instead of offering alternatives or a refund, they substituted with a cheaper option without compensation.
We also paid for two desserts and waited 20 minutes, only to find out they hadn?t processed our order. When we asked, they said my choice was unavailable. The soft serve we did receive was so runny it was practically soup. The refund came as cash because I didn?t want a different dessert. They did offer soft serve on the house but I don?t like runny ice cream.
Poor communication and a disorganised service, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy for a Sunday.

Vegetarian options: There It's a good food with friendly staff! I know It's very busy but I had to wait more than 20 minutes for a free table...
I realy like chicken wings but the size of wings are vrey small? I think this can be inprouved.

Typical nandos experience. The chicken was not dry which was really good and was welcomed by the staff and explained the process on how to order. Staff was really helpful when we had questions about how to order online

Came here as a large group last minute notice, and were able to kindly fit us in.
Food was great, came out incredibly fast, tasted great, service likewise was great, it would be a fill five stars but unfortunately the door was broken making it incredibly cold in the restaurants causing me to dine in my jacket
