Hadn?t had a quarter- pounder for a whiling, so was really looking forward to this, whilst I waited for a train. Service for quick, but when I sat down and opened it up, I found a small overcooked and dry burger in front of me. Nothing like the pictures on the wall. Really awful and has put me off ever going back to a McDonald?s. Seems shrinkflation has arrived for the chain

Had twice now purely for convenience on train home but the two times I've eaten here, the following morning I've had upset stomach and been on toilet. Awful food.

Ordered a double Big Mac Wasn?t expecting Michelin starred food but was expecting to be able to eat it. Disgusting! Dry burgers No salad No sauce Binned it

Manager was in the tills, she was so rude. It was around 09:45-10:00. She makes you feel stupid and makes facial expressions. I don?t think she wants to be there to be honest. It was very uncomfortable.

28 March - What a waste of time they are advertised as opening until 23:59 I arrive at 22:40 and the manager is standing at the end of a queue of 3 telling us it is shut I question him and say your website says midnight he says that is just a guide clearly thinks he is a comedian just finished a long 12 hour shift looking forward to some hot food on way home what a let down do not advertise a time that you don?t stick to your manager is cheating both his customers and management

McDonalds at Victoria railway station is on the concourse. It offers the usual selection of fast food and drinks. The prices are reasonable and the staff helpful. It gets very busy but is kept very clean. Music is playing in the background.

Nice place and very close to bus and train stations. Food nice and staff are quick and efficient. Its a great wee place to visit after a long train journey or just off the bus after travellling overnight. One reviewer wrote about the homeless people who sometimes frequent this place and horrible it is and thar staff should shoo then away ? ! but in my opinion why should this be a issie for him ? To me it just adds to the places charm. As the amount of times i have visited has been alot and not once in any of my visits have a experiemced any issues with homeless people. I have noticed that some of the same homeless visit this place which is lovely. I think this shows me they see it as a safe place. I think its great that the staff welcome them or at least dont judge them whilst they visit with what change they have for a coffee. They dont come round begging. They just sit with their coffees. Some of them are characters and i am sure some have lived a very interesting life but not once did i feel intimadated or unconfortable as some i am guessing suffer their own issues but they are not intimadating or hostile quite the opposite. I had quite a laugh and a joke woth a old homeless lady who wanted mynstickets off my cup she never asked but i could the way she was looking at them that she wanted them for a meal. She was harmless and would not even havevasked them of me until i offered. (This would contribuate to getting her a free meal ) Some people need to be less judgemetal. This is a great wee place that welcomes all thats why i like it so much ?

Fifteen minutes waiting, every screen in use, manager came to counter but didn't even acknowledge me, only with a shrug, no eye contact. RUDE. After FIFTEEN MINUTE of wasting my time at head of a queue, I walked away. These guys don't deserve my custom.

I attended McDonald?s at 22:45 and was told by security guards that McDonald?s was closed, so asked staff and they confirmed but I said the website says midnight but was informed it was 23:00. I argued the case it was 22:45 and they said staff need to clean and prepare early for next day. I could accept if I was told in an appropriate manor not in an aggressive manor

Rubbish service. Don?t bother. Manager was teasing employees .clearly not bothered about the queue of people. Only ordered because it was quick bit ended up missing my train as so slow. Then chucked at me on a tray. Clearly don?t care about customer relations!

There are more choices than you can think of to eat in London. But if you are looking for coffee that is not a super strong European concoction, McDonalds is a great option. Location is so convenient.

I asked the manager Shah if he could get someone to clean the table but instead he was being rude and told us to go and sit somewhere else in a rude tone. I don't tolerate rude behavior. So what I did was I cleaned the table myself instead. I've been waiting 40 minutes for my food to come to me which is terrible

Tried to ignore me and serve everyone else then when I said excuse me I was here first, he claimed to not have anything left in the restaurant. They apparently don't sell desserts according to him. Saw someone walkout with flurry though. Very rude, arrogant staff, giving McDonald's a bad name. Don't use!!!

Horrible customer service. No ketchup. Forgot items in order. Gave us raw bacon on sandwhich. Didn?t give us nuggets that was in order. Very rude to us. Just horrible experience. Don?t go there!!!!
