This café is an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air, and the décor was both charming and modern. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home.
The coffee itself was outstanding ? rich, flavorful, and perfectly brewed. I also couldn't resist trying one of their pastries, which was equally delicious. The ingredients were fresh, and everything was clearly made with care.
What truly sets this café apart is the attention to detail. The seating was comfortable, the music was pleasant, and the overall ambiance was perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. It's clear that the owners have put a lot of love and effort into creating a special place.
I highly recommend this café to anyone looking for a top-notch coffee experience. It's a five-star establishment in every way!

We visited near closing time and the staff were still very helpful and friendly. Also gave our flowers to us that they were planning on throwing out which was a nice surprise :)

Shocking lack of vegan products. Not one sandwich or wrap available and told they have a couple of humour salads for vegan. Waitrose is know for being bad and not inclusive, but this shop is particularly bad.

The croissants and other morning pastries are quite often under baked, occasionally over baked or not there at all! I suspect they are not baking earlier enough and put too many different items in for the same setting (temp/time). Otherwise the shop is well stocked and clean.

I always use this little Waitrose it's because very close to my work place
Only problem is the Older Black lady she has a anger issues .doesn't matter how nice you are to her but she is impatient and can be very rude sometimes .she needs to be retired.

Little but nice shop in the area, where doggos wait patiently for their owners. Also quite a nice selection of ciders which we tried. A good alternative if you go to to watch a film and want to avoid queues and waiting in the cinema next door.

I really appreciate about staff Josephinne's warm service (Sorry if I made a mistake in spelling) Even though it was early in the morning she greeted everyone in store so warmly and friendly, and she helped me with my problems. I was busy in morning, so I couldn't thank her enough. She was the most friendly staff I met in Victoria????

Whilst I understand the rationale, I don?t agree with pricing of items higher than the larger Waitrose only moments away at Victoria station. I?m a fan of the produce but the added markup means I avoid this branch.
