What a breathe of fresh after I had finished coughing. Fantastic experience today. Both staff were warm and friendly from the outside offering me tissue for my cold. I was made a cup of lemon and gingee tea whilst I took my time placing small bets. Great representation of what customer service can look like. Thankyou Millington and lady in red. Bravo

The guy working in this shop is more interested with watching TikTok on his phone and insulting new customers who come into the shop than anything else, no wonder the shop was completely empty.

Terrible shop. The miserable hag behind the counter, would struggle to get a job, anywhere else, but Ladbrokes are not fussy. They'll take anyone! ?

So many ladbrokes need modernisation. Way behind other shops. To many ladbrokes still using old fashioned tvs, etc.
