The chap behind the counter when I came in on Friday afternoon was so friendly, and the restaurant is really nice. The only constructive feedback I wouod give is that because of the glass tint walking past it looks closed from the outside when it's actually not.

I always get my lunch from itsu on the days when I?m in the office. The food is always nice and fresh. The staff at this location are really friendly and helpful especially Errol. It?s always a pleasure to see him as soon as you walk in, you can guarantee you?ll be greeted with a nice big smile ?.

Itsu food is itsu food but this branch has the friendliest people working here - Errol the host is warm and welcoming, and the lady behind the counter managing orders is just lovely. It gets busy at lunch but the ordering system is quick and efficient.
