I have been regularly buying vitamins, food, and nuts from H&B for the past 10 years. I visited the store Friday 14/02 around 12 p.m. and received an amazing service from Iris. She provided exceptional service with a radiant smile, she helped me to choose the right product as I was a bit confused about choosing the right honey after H&B discontinued their wildflower honey in a glass jar and switched to a plastic squeezy bottle (a disappointing move, potentially spreading harmful BPA chemicals). Thanks to Iris for her outstanding service, keep it up. I'd give 5 stars to Iris, but I gave 3 stars because of the disappointing plastic switch.

Argho is clearly one of the best employees you guys have had. He was informative and helpful in the manner I would expect from such an establishment. I highly recommend anyone visiting to seek out Argho, for he truly is one of the store's best performers.

Staff is absolutely wonderful, with a great variety of health and vitality vitamins, healthy foods and supplements ,clean, well stocked displays .

One thing holland and barrett should improve is matching website prices and offers at the stores .Online, you have different deals. When you come into the store, it's different , Retail needs to be more flexible as not everyone wants or can shop online ?

I always use this branch to my sports supplement but today I had my bike ? with me and it?s a Brompton folding I did food Mike bike tooThen two lady approached and said I can?t bring my bike it?s a company policy and they were very aggressiveAll in can say is I will never ? visit the store again and maybe not shop anymore in Holland and Barrett
