Great selection of products but very poor service. For online orders I?d go to F&M or Selfridges. If you?re looking for luxury, there?s no comparison. I made a simple request for HN tissue paper (widely available in store) for my huge hamper order. Refused and fobbed off. It?s nuts. Luxury by back side. Avoid.

The customer service at this branch is very disappointing. The staff often respond in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, and there appears to be a lack of proper training, as different employees provide inconsistent information. Would advise people to avoid this store.

I had the most delightful customer service from two members of staff today. Patricia helped me find a gown for a big event!
And the champagne on 5th floor afterwards was a treat too. As a Londoner, I avoid the bigger tourist traps of Harrods and selfridges but HN hits different x

I had an incredible experience in the store. I made a small purchase this time, but I?ll definitely be returning next week for a bigger one! The staff were all so lovely, and I believe I had a chat with one of the managers who was especially friendly

Wonderful store with a vast array of high-end products & great service from staff.
Lovely selection of places to eat in store should you get a little bit peckish whilst shopping, Thank you to the wonderful member of staff, Whose name unfortunately, I cannot remember, That helped me source a highly coveted item in no time at all.
I am always very happy with the service and choice of items available in store and their customer service on the occasions, I have required it.

I have visited the Knightsbridge store a few times in the last month, and there is such a great vibe throughout. The Store Director was incredibly welcoming, she made my visits even more enjoyable. I will be going back after my Summer holiday

BEWARE - SOLD ME STAINED REGISTRY BRIDAL DRESS & OFFERED ME ANOTHER DIRTY DRESS
Purchased a Self Portrait dress for my legal wedding registry and realised 1 day outside of the returns period that it was stained on the back (definitely not self-inflicted). Tried to return the dress and was initially told I could not return and should have checked it myself, then told they would check CCTV to ensure I didn?t create the stain myself. The stain looked like dark makeup, and I had kept the dress within the protective zip up dress bag the entire time.
Apparently their ?good? cameras can pick up every potential stain on any part of an item, as it was being used to check my purchase. Was then told after I chased for an outcome that I could come in to exchange my dress for a fresh one, so I travelled in to see that the replacement dress was ALSO STAINED with a black mark on the back.
Clearly, nobody had checked it before offering it to me?knowing it was for my wedding which was at this point less than two weeks? time. I was offered 10% off the dress (that?s £36), now 10 days out from the wedding to get it dry-cleaned. I was also offered an in-house dry clean, which wasn?t feasible due to long waits. Besides, I shouldn?t need to dry clean a wedding dress that should have been sold to me clean in the first place.
I eventually received a full refund, but not without hassle and needing to ask and explain. The manager didn?t even come out to see me initially when she offered me 10% off. There is awful quality control, even in the case of a stained bridal dress where a complaint has already been made.
They also suggested that they refund me and I BUY BACK a dress once they had shipped it down from Edinburgh or Manchester. So five days later, I may receive another dirty dress.
Make purchases here with caution - especially dresses for special occasions - and do not assume that the clothes are being sold in a presentable fashion.

Recently visited the Dior makeup store, and my wife received excellent service. The shopping center has a wide range of luxury brands offering makeup, bags, jewelry, perfumes, and clothing, with items priced between £300 and £1500. Although we didn't get a chance to explore the food hall this time, we'll definitely visit on our next trip!

Harvey Nichols is a department store with a long-standing tradition. The selection is appealing, especially since, compared to near Harrods, they offer not only high-end luxury brands but also some interesting lesser-known labels. What was, however, extremely unsettling was that they probably scent the air through the air conditioning. The mixture, which varies depending on the floor, combining the aroma of restroom, gummy bears, vanilla, human sweat ? and on the penultimate floor even the smell of fried onions from the food market on the top floor ? was so overwhelming that I nearly fainted.
