Really the service in this branch can't get any worse. I waited 10 minutes in the queue downstairs then when I finally got to the front the lady then told me I had to go get in the queue upstairs. I was blatantly told you can't lower the contactless limit. That's absolute crap as my limit had been lowered until I received my latest card. I've had so much crap service from this branch over the years. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I didn't have to

Customer support is really good with nice phone and branch support even during busy hours, including a range of other options. Had a really good experience with the young manager in the head scarf. Will definitely go again.

Terrible communication. Staff are badly trained and rude. Understaffed, and ignore clients and refuse to help resolve issues. Looking to change banks.

Absolutely shocking. Wanted to make a payment (over the limit allowed by online banking). Nobody available to authorise it. Don?t know when someone will be available. Unfortunately this level of service is typical at this branch as it?s never staffed properly. Going to have to move my account.

I have accounts with Halifax some of them open at this branch.I went there recently to deal with one of my accounts and there were no Advisors at all and was told they will not have then for a couple of months!! could do nothing!!The front desk person was helpful.
