Really the service in this branch can't get any worse. I waited 10 minutes in the queue downstairs then when I finally got to the front the lady then told me I had to go get in the queue upstairs. I was blatantly told you can't lower the contactless limit. That's absolute crap as my limit had been lowered until I received... read full comment

Customer support is really good with nice phone and branch support even during busy hours, including a range of other options. Had a really good experience with the young manager in the head scarf. Will definitely go again.
