Went to this store on 14/12. Shop opened ten minutes late. Tried to get the woman's attention to ask how much longer until they opened as I was standing out the front waiting like an idiot and I was desperate to go home with an egg and bacon bap after a long night shift but she blatantly ignored me. Eventually when she decided to open up she gave me attitude and told me she was busy. That's fine I can see you're busy but you could have stuck your head out the door, apologised and let me know you were opening late. Instead you kept me waiting and wondering and then gave me attitude. Now I'm home with no bap and I'm cross.

I walked in this afternoon to get my favourite chicken bake . When I looked there is only one left in the tray I told the young boy If I could have one chicken bake and margarita pizza and I paid instantly as I was waiting for my food another person came in also asked for chicken bake even though I told her I was first and paid for chicken bake first she said we got some more then I said ok . As soon as the other customer left she went back came out and said it?s not ready you have to wait 3 minutes. I felt I was treated unfairly she was rude at the same time. When I go again if she is there I will not go in.Service is absolutely terrible

Waited in a 15 minute queue for a bacon bap only to be told they had no bacon for another 15 minutes, with no indication this would be the case. Ordered a sausage bap instead and told it would be 5 minutes. After waiting 5 minutes got presented with a sausage roll and told that the baps would be another 12 minutes. Very disappointing service. Understand that if stuff is cooking there?s not much you can do but at 8 in the morning it is likely that most people are getting a breakfast option so an indication that you won?t have any unless someone has 15 minutes to wait would be useful?

Why must you do your supply deliveries at 3am??? The trucks and loud trollies wake everyone in the area up. And all to deliver some of the worst quality food in existence. It's a crime against humanity.

Service is poor! Not sure who is the manager there, but surely get more than one ppl serving when there is ques. MOCHA 3RD time they got it wrong! They are not really filling the cofee machine, first thing in the morning, clearly not organised

It's very rare for me to leave a one star review, but the make staffer who answered the phone at 7pm on The 11th June has serious issues. Rude, unhelpful and hung up the phone. Come on Greggs, you can do better
