I use Greggs all the time for coffee. I always use my own mug. The lady serving today put the latte in one of your own cups and then poured it into my cup, which totally defeats the object of using your own cup. Plus she didn?t know about the 25p discount, had to get another member of staff. He hadn?t a clue either. He wanted to sell me one of your own cups He didn?t even know that you could use your own mug for Greggs coffee. He had to go get a manager and ask him if that was right? He confirmed it was. Think you need to train your staff better on using own mug and getting the correct discount.

Not as good as you typical High Street Greggs. This outlet seems desperately understaffed, especially in the early Morning/ Breakfast time. As a result, the customer experience suffers.

Cold and under cooked vegan sausage roll and stail hash Brown. Was vrry disappointed considering It was my First time trying the famous sausage roll.

The people are usually quite nice here but I went to eat there today and just at the bar near the window there were two pigeons these walking up and down the bar where ppl would stand and eat inside. Completely unhygienic it. I didn?t go in, while I understand they do come in and go around there the fact there were two casually walking about really makes me think about how hygienic it is to eat here

Strong suggestion to train your team regarding speed of service. Always long line, 3 person working but more important is to restock drinks then serve customers.

A lovely worker Sandra helped me so much, I was so stressed out everything was going wrong for me today, and to top it off I dropped my cup of tea, on the ground (it was in a reusable cup) and I went back there to buy another one and Sandra cleaned my cup, and gave me another tea for free.
Sandra deserves a raise she has a heart of gold

WORST Greggs experience in my life!! I visited this location on Sunday, 6th October 2024. I ordered a large cappuccino and a sausage bean and cheese melt, first asking for the bean and cheese melt, and before I could say I wanted a drink as well, the ?gentleman? behind the till pressed the payment option for card telling my total, without being asked if I wanted anything else. Very harsh attitude and rude towards me. Also, seemed the crew members were playing their own music, in Arab, I would assume something more generic would be more appropriate.
Overall the attitude of this particular crew member was absolutely disgusting, even making the next customer behind me making a remark to say the crew member didn?t ask me what I wanted.

Food was pretty good, although as this was my first Gregg's experience, I have no baseline. Service was decent but the store doesn't follow the opening time! They only finally opened the doors around 10-15 mins after the posted opening time that was displayed on the store itself, causing a moderately long queue outside for breakfast and a rush when it did open.

Pret refused to give me tap water which I'm pretty sure is illegal. The Greggs in this bus station there is both cheaper and met the bare standards of providing tap water, many thanks to Greggs ?
