“What an experience at the Ivy Asia Mayfair! I'm almost lost for words! Beautifully decorated, fabulous food and a lovely atmosphere. Even the toilets are worth a photograph!! There were three of us. Two are Vegan and one of the Vegans is also coeliac which is a complication that can tend to spoil a lot of experiences of eating out. Looking at the menu here we initially feared the worst but then along came RAFAEL! What a Superstar! He went through everything on the menu, consulted the chef and didn't give up until he had ensured there would be plenty of things for all of us to eat. And he did it without drawing undue attention to us or making us feel as if we were causing a fuss. Rafael and the Ivy Asia Mayfair really made our day. Thank you - we'll be back!”

“I’ve been here mainly to drop off and pick up Yodel parcels as a collect+ point. Haven’t had any issues doing this but as others have mentioned the service can be hit and miss.”
