Would give it 0/5 if I could. I had a really frustrating experience at Curzon Victoria while watching Anora. These tickets were expensive, and we got middle-row seats, but due to technical difficulties, we were moved to another screen. Unfortunately, our new seats were nowhere near equivalent?we were pushed to the side, which completely diminished the viewing experience.
What made it worse was how the situation was handled. The manager claimed they had no control over who got what seats, which may be true, but with the prices we are being charged, seating should have been compensated in some way. Instead, there was no attempt to make things right.
For a cinema that charges premium prices, I expected better service and accountability. Really disappointing. Save your time and money, don?t go here

I used to go to the Curzon Victoria a lot preCovid and I went back again but I was a bit shocked of the state it was in. It used to be very clean and new plus they didnt even have popcorn and the snack collection was a bit sad - considering there was stuff in the shelves that was expired.

Screen 5 E7 not a good seat though. Pillar doesn't obstruct view, but it is a distraction.

My favourite cinema, feel safe if I go on my own which my elderly 86 year old mother does quite often, small and cosy with a lovely atmosphere, tends to draw a nice mix of people.

Great location in Victoria Street. 5 screens of various sizes, with good sound quality. However, it is now looking a bit tired with some dirty, squeaky or damaged seats which could do with a bit of a freshen up.

This is an elevated cinema experience. Smaller theatres with an intimate setting.
It does everything other cinemas do. Just a little better!

The popcorn and the nachos were the worst I've ever tasted. The place is good but avoid the food as we spent money on the popcorn which we didn't end up eating and the nachos were disgusting and I was refunded immediately when I complained.
