We bought two Frappes, that tasted like nothing (salted caramel & coffee & cream). The toilet is also dirty and disgusting. I would not recommend this shop.

Very friendly & polite guy on the til.
However I'm taking off a star because my croissant was a bit stale, definitely not baked that day. I was here at 8.50am too.

Dropped in here for brunch with my aunt on our way to look round Buckingham Palace. Great food and drink as is always the case at Costa, and the staff were friendly and helpful as always.

Really nice Costa coffee. Cheaper than their main opponent and tastes as good. I thought that the coffee shop wasn?t too noisy, very clean, a real delight to have a break there after a long walk around the city. I recommend ?
