Assistant didn't give me time to make a choice instead shouted "can I help" loudly at me multiple times. The tables inside have seating but instead of seats they have cardboard boxes with things in - people were sitting on them but they are too low ! The tables themsleves are cluttered with stock items like cases of water - making it
difficult & uncomfortable to eat. The assistants talk very loudly to each other in their native language which makes it difficult for any customers inside to actually converse at a reasonable volume. Very uncomfortable generally and will avoid in future

Very poor service. Ordered a breakfast roll and coffee on the way into work. They proceeded to take mine and another customers food orders without having the ovens turned on. Resulted in both myself and other customer having to forgo without our paid food or be late for work. No apologies, no offer of a refund and there will be no further business from me. Plenty of coffee shops nearby and they won?t survive with the attitude displayed today.

I ordered a surprise bag from too good to go bearing in mind I have been using the app for 2 weeks now. I always get my coffee from costa so when I saw that they had a bag available for lunch I thought it was the perfect time to try their food.I do understand it?s a surprise bag but never in my wildest dreams did I expect to be given three items of egg and mushroom roll as my bag. I feel soo disappointed and let down. The guy who served me was soo rude I asked to speak to the manager and to my surprise he said he was the manager.Wow, well done COSTA.
