Good service, nice seating downstairs, but let down by no wifi, very poor mobile reception at bottom floor, and sockets do not provide electricity. I went during a quiet time but I can imagine it gets really busy, not welcoming if you?re intending to do some work.

I'm a loyal customer to costa, I visited the piccadilly branch in the morning a few days ago.To my surprise the store was empty I then asked for a salted caramel latte.I was charged for the syrup and then the staff didn't even put the syrup in my drink which had been paid for and then the two girls spoke in their language saying the salted caramel hadn't been put in my drink and couldn't be bothered to open a new bottle of salted caramel.Would not recommend this store.Every other branch is 5 star but this one needs new staff that actually care about the customers experience.Will give you caramel syrup and hope you can't taste the difference.Damn Lazy

Just watched a server drop half a dozen lids on the floor, shuffle them together and put them back on the stack. Need to repeat their hygiene training I would suggest.

Snack and drinks are good but served without much kindness.Seating space is nice but bathroom is not recommended at all, absolutely dirty on a Wednesday afternoon.Kid-friendliness: Enough space to seat and eat but not recommended to take children to the bathroom.

We stopped by shortly before the start of the New Years Day Parade, so it was crowded. Although the queue almost stretched to the door of the shop, the service was friendly, correct and prompt. The coffee was good too.
