Actually does not deserve any star. I always go to clairs to get suff and piercing. But a while ago i need help for my ears to pull the lock of my earing, the staff there told me they are not authorised to do just that!
Unbelievable! They can pierce us, but wont help if you stuck because of peircing!! Rubbish.

I had such a lovely experience at your Victoria branch with the lovely Veronica today. Myself and my daughter booked in to get our second ear pierced. Due to unfortunate circumstances the branch was understaffed and Veronica was running around trying to manage everything on her own. She was so professional and kind. She is a true asset to your team and we will definitely be back and recommend.

Have taken my 5yr old and 1yr old for their ears pieced today by a lovely lady called sia would definitely recommend her great service and as my son said she has a beautiful smile... makes all the difference will be back for new earrings soon x

The shop was really busy with only one staff member, Corlson, managing everything. I asked for one ear piercing and he carried it out quickly and professionally whilst dealing with lots of other customers. Friendly service in a difficult environment.

let you book piercing sessions on the website, however once you attend the session you are reject from a team member that can only justify himself with :' I am not trained to do piercing, go somewhere else'. waste of time!

My friend and I went to get our ears pierced today. We were served by the LOVELY Jenny, who was up against it as she was the only staff member in the store. She was an absolute pro, took good care of us and put us at ease perfectly. Would recommend!

Claire's accessory is pricey but the stuff is stylish.Although it is for teenagers, I still get drawn to buy stuff from there like wallets, bags etc.It is nice when they have some sales every now and then.
