I usually enjoy my coffee at Caffè Nero, but I wanted to share some feedback about my recent experience. I ordered a latte, and the barista poured the espresso into the milk, mixing everything together. From what I know, a proper latte is usually made by pouring steamed milk over the espresso, which creates a smoother, more balanced taste.
The way it was prepared made it taste more like coffee-flavored milk rather than a classic latte. It?s a small detail, but it does make a difference in the overall experience.

My coffee was knocked off the table. My fault. The staff witnessed this and, although I'd only just sat down, they did not offer me a free replacement. Zero empathy. I know they don't have to do this - but I'm a regular customer and have been for years, and this is very poor customer service. Easy decision for me - I just won't come here any more. There are lots of alternatives nearby.

Nice place for quick coffee catch ups. I ordered Tiramisu Latte. At first it tasted well but a bit later started to taste a bit too much milky milky. The dessert, Pistachio mouse, was very good.

What a nice atmosphere there was here! You feel safe, warm and you completely relax! I thought it was such a nice café that I came back again. Definitely recommended!

Patrick and the rest of the team are amazing any time I get to speak to them my day is made better, the customer service is unmatched and the order is perfect everytime. This is probably the best cafe Nero in the whole of London and the staff definitely are the best xxxxx
