Not accept bluelight on there store. And over my question barista wasn?t aware why they?re not accepting while on the internet was showing that Nero was offers blue light discount. Unfortunately was disappointed experience..

Ordered a Tiramisu latte to go. The lady who was not making my order, wanted to help out her college she dropped the biscuit in my coffee, then put the lid on. After mentioning to the Barista that she not suppose to put it inside she got offended after i told her and she was asking me , if i want another biscuit. She was giving attitude. I told her that is not about the biscuit, is about that she just ruined my coffee. They did not offer to remake the coffee, however the lady who actually served me did apologise. As im working in Hospitality myself, i know that this attitude is not acceptable, especially if i did a mistake and a costumer is right.

The tea was good (nice big teabag), but the blueberry muffin was dry. I only managed two bites and gave up. Service was curt and disinterested.

Servers are often quite grumpy, but the coffee is my reason for returning here, as it's decent and not overpriced. With free Vitality Life coffees, or stamps on the loyalty card, it's worth it.
Shame they charge extra for non-dairy milk - most of us don't choose it out of choice. Starbucks doesn't charge for non-dairy milk.
Pastries are decent. There's plenty of options with the porridge.
Dietary restrictions: Non-dairy milks are available, but they charge extra.

The service was pathetic. The female (2 women) were rude and disrespectful.
I understand that it was the busy time of the day but you can remove your stress on customers. I asked for a ketchup after placing my food and drinks order and one of them replied and I quote "you should ask for ketchup when u order food as its not free and we charge 12p per sachet". I replied i don't mind paying but you can be polite and not rude. I have been regular at nero and this outlet has been by far my worst experience.

Cafe Nero is one of my favorite coffee brands in UK but I love this particular outlet as it?s the best place to take a cup of cafe Nero and enjoy it at Piccadilly Circus!
Having coffee at such a lively place hits different !

I usually visit this store in the evenings and normally the staff are so lovely. However I visited this shop at 7pm on Tuesday and there were two people behind the bar one, one was training as it says on her shirt and the other was wearing a regular t shirt. I was very dissatisfied with how they were talking to customers and doing their job as for me it was below standard as to not greeting customers and talking to them as they don't want to work. (very unpleasant) I could tell the Female worker doesn't know very much English or knowledge about the products. As she was obviously training its up to her Male co-worker to help her however it seemed like he didn't really help her and he was being a bit rude but she was still trying her best. The tables and the order of the store was an absolute mess and im honestly really disappointed as im normally used to really good service from this store. hopefully you can take some advice from this message. Thank you.

Deserve their three star review. Barisatas do not know how to steam milk. Returned my first cappuccino due to very long shot of espresso and just hot milk with no foam. Second the same.
