Friendly, efficient staff. Nice, comfortable chairs. Good coffee. Good atmosphere. Only downside is that the downstairs can become far too hot. Not good for staff or customers.

The staff here are very kind and welcoming. The first time i got matcha from here yesterday it was absolutely delicious, everything you would want in a coffee shop. When i went hwre today the service was great she made my drink nice and fast but i asked for a strawberry & vanilla matcha and when i sipped it tasted like watered down milk. Narely and strawberry was added and all i could yaste was milk. To be honest rhis ruined the beginning of my day because of how much i was looking forward to another great strawberry & vanilla matcha.

Absolutely disgusting staff. Filthy toilets. Dirty floors. Did I say the staff were absolutely rude.
This was the worst Caffe Nero I?ve been to. Please do not come here for the love of god.

Burnt coffee, staff could be more professional, tables are always dirty and toilets are a mess.

The staff was nice and helpful, drink was nice.however, The place need a huge clean up. Everthing looks so dirty and unplesant including sofa. Donoy feel to visit this place again.

Nice cafe Nero to pick up good coffee and snacks/ breakfast. I really recommend their matcha latte and staff is lovely too.

Always good coffee here, seating and interior is cosy and nice but it?s quite tight when there are busy periods. The drinks take time to be made also, as there are usually only 2 staff members working

The staff serving us were great, and the coffee lovely. However, I would never come here again. I went to the toilet and there is only one as other closed and it is filthy. The smell of stale urine is overpowering and stuck in my nose and throat so much it put me off my coffee. My male friend had to go to the toilet and he said it was disgusting too. I'm disappointed to read previous reviews about the toilet and nothing done

I want to thank this place for putting on lovely relaxing classical music, instead of the usual rubbish in most coffee shops. Beautiful authentic books on the shelf too. I love classical and jazz and genuinely can't cope with other music. THANK YOU ??

Has potential, but nothing is made of it. Super dirty everywhere, one toilet doesn?t work, and the other one is flooded. The coffee isn?t particularly good. The windows are so dirty that you can barely see through them. Why not just clean it properly? Stuff is nice! Saved from 1 point
