Friendly, efficient staff. Nice, comfortable chairs. Good coffee. Good atmosphere. Only downside is that the downstairs can become far too hot. Not good for staff or customers.

The staff here are very kind and welcoming. The first time i got matcha from here yesterday it was absolutely delicious, everything you would want in a coffee shop. Absolutely disgusting staff. Filthy toilets. Dirty floors. Did I say the staff were absolutely rude.
This was the worst Caffe Nero I’ve been to. Please do not come here for the love of god.
