This garage provides a customer toilet, which most staff members allow me to use at night without issue. However, one particular daytime employee is consistently unhelpful and rude, falsely claiming the toilet is out of order on three occasions. Another staff member later confirmed there was no problem, proving his refusal was unjustified. As a long-time customer who fuels up here regularly, this inconsistent treatment is frustrating.

I?ve been here twice. The first time I thought I would give it the benefit of the doubt maybe the guy was just new but the second time I?m never going back.
1) I went to collect a parcel and I had an id with my name and address on it. He was holding the parcel in his hand but refused to give it to me as I did not have a code from yodel
2) today I went to send a vinted parcel and the guy there refused to take it as the do not do returns anymore. But the store is listed on the yodel website as well as on the vinted app.
I think this place is an absolute mess

I booked to pick up a Yodel parcel and was informed I could pick it up at any hour on a Saturday. Arrived at the store to be told this was not possible and I would have to come back again tomorrow after 7am. Very inconvenient, do not book Yodel parcels to this location!

Multiple times I tried to drop off a yodel parcel and was told they weren't accepting them today and then when I asked when I could drop it off they said in the new year. They are still listed on yodel as a drop off point however are refusing to take parcels. Very frustrating.

parcel collection service worked fine but the guy working accused me of stealing a drink a month ago and tried to make me pay £2.50 when I havent been in the shop for at least 6 months and didn't steal anything. not sure if it was some sort of scam or a mistake but it was very rude

This has been my local station for about 6-7 years. Last time I went in they wouldn't turn the pump on and told me to take my helmet off. It was unnecessary as it was a flip up helmet and my entire face was already visible but OK.So I take my helmet off and they start the pump. I then put my helmet back on rather than put it on a dirty petrol covered station floor and they turn my pump off and tell me to once again remove my helmet.Why treat customers that haven't done anything wrong like criminals? I will be going to a different station from now on.

Don?t bother sending a Yodel package here. It seems that their machine is always out of service? I have tried them in 3 different occasions and it?s always the same response.

Only popped in for a PayPoint service. Not sure if prolonged exposure to petrol and exhaust fumes contributed to the dour personality of the chap who 'served' me.

To the management I would like to advice to sack your staff who is at the counter!! He?s extremely rude and literally swore at me. I cannot believe this sort of behaviour. I wanted to order coffee at the machine and I accidentally made a mistake as the screen was already on order mode maybe done by previous customer, and rather than helping me he was so rude and spoke to so harshly. Is this how train your staff?? This is disgusting behaviour. I hope you deal with this staff member right away because I am furious!! He?s a Asian man and was wearing the green jacket.
