Boots is owned by Walgreens Boots Alliance WBA. So employees under WBA get discounts at stores under that umbrella. However I did not get my employee discount when I shopped here for some everyday essentials. I was very disappointed but also nerdy excited about seeing a Boots in person.

I went into Boots during my lunch hour feeling very light headed, I spoke to Anas who offered me a free blood pressure reading as well as a cup of water while I sat down. Top class customer service.

I had an amazing experience at this branch and would definitely recommend it to others. I was greeted by Anas who ordered the medication I needed in the morning and had my prescription filled by the early afternoon. I have changed my nomination to this pharmacy due to the experience I had. Wish all pharmacies were this efficient. Big thanks.

I?ve used the prescription counter twice during the past weeks and have been very impressed by the customer service demonstrated by the young gentleman on duty. He went both times out of his way to service my orders. Truly five star service, I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

I booked a vaccination several weeks ago. There were few Boots locations available for vaccination, so it was a struggle to get an appointment. I arrived early on the day, but there was no attendant, and I had to wait a long time. Afterwards, I was told there were no vaccines available and nothing could be done. There was no refund or compensation. They repeatedly blamed the IT team, with no proper resolution. Despite multiple reminders about the vaccination appointment in the days leading up to it, the execution was poor. Completely unreliable.

Don't bother using them as your designated pharmacy! They never have anything in stock! Also, you can't collect in your lunch hour as there's only 1 pharmacist in the store and that pharmacist will also be on lunch.

Cancelled my travel vaccine appointment I had booked weeks in advance, with less than 24 hours notice. Next available appointment not for another 3 weeks.
