Went in here last week when I was on a trip to London at a hotel around the corner. Feel pretty ill due to a severe throat infection.
Used the Pharmacy First service where the pharmacist (Krishna?) looked me over and made a recommendation to see a doctor asap. Managed to get in touch with my doctor who then issued a prescription to the same shop.
Filled as soon as it arrived, great care and attention. Very friendly staff.

Tried to fob me off to say that you couldn?t return an item at this store as they didn?t stock it at that specific boots - contrary to their return policy!

If you are hoping for helpful staff this is not the branch. The pharmacist on duty 9 September was rude and dismissive. The store wasn?t busy, but no time was taken to find out what my issue was and what I could use.

I asked Kerrell for help in getting my physical Boots Advantage Card, but unfortunately, he wasn?t helpful and was quite dismissive. He repeatedly insisted that I should apply online, but I later found out at another store that this wasn?t necessary. The staff there also mentioned that Kerrell?s response was unhelpful and unnecessary because he could have just give the card to me.

Second time there and very rude staff, closed 10 minutes before 8pm. The said we closed the till, l explained tha nothing to do with the till l just collecting an item which was paid online, they told come again tomorrow, l said l. Am traveling tomorrow the said come whrn hiu back in UK in a very rid and aggressive way.

Extremely disappointed! One medicine had to be available when I was checking the website, unfortunatelly at the store it was not available. Apart from that I bought a set of parfume and lipstick and when I checked the box at the hotel - the parfume was absolutely empty!! Really really disappointed!

My daughter took a migraine outside Victoria Train station on our visit to London. Two managers for boots pharmacies came out side and invited us into the treatment room so my daughter could recover. This was so much appreciated as we were very much in distress at this point. I couldn?t thank all the staff enough for all the care and kindness though this time. All I can say is that you all were amazing and I can?t thank you enough. Louise Mills

Nice little Boots here on the corner, quite hard to find as it's hidden by the scaffolding and roadworks, but it's a Boots for your essentials.
