Big shop or little shop they cater for both. Always seems busy but never overcrowded.

Very slow service even though it wasnt busy; served people who made purchases after me. Girl in the back sits on her phone with no sense of urgency.
Main gripe is, they gave me a duvet with the packaging partially opened, the packaging is also white so its not easy to see, but it shouldnt be an oversight by two ?trained? employees ?

One of the most useless ,untrained staff named STELLA.i went to return an branded/argos brand (faulty) c charger less than 48hrs of purchase, the rude customer service refused to accept but not until I asked for the manager and also pointed out to read the return terms and conditions.

I've always been cautious of BUSH products, due to their poor reputation back in the 'word-of-mouth' days...
However, I was impressed with every aspect of these two DAB radios... until they DIED within 3 years of purchase. BOTH OF THEM...!
First... Horrible, unbearable static...
Second... Unobtainable radio stations...
Third... Cutting out on mains and battery...
The 3rd reason scared me enough to pack them away for good.
Both still in immaculate condition... I still have the boxes (as NEW) that they came in and both receipts...
I used one bedside and the other at work (in an office, after hours). In other words, both received very little usage.
Absolutely sickening... ? Products awarded ZERO STARS...!
After corresponding with Argos Head Office (thank you Benjamin), I was able to return both radios to the Pimlico branch with no problems. I received EXEMPLARY customer service from Curtis; much appreciated. This seamless process deserves 5 STARS.

I?ve came to return and item that I brought this morning and as soon as I walk this lady is screwing me and came with hella attitude towards me I found that so unprofessional, absolutely no manners then later on she took her sweet time checking the things and cleaning it i front of me as if I have all day. We sat there nearly 30 minutes just to return an item.

I bought a bathroom scale. It looked wrong, I wanted to change it after 2 hours. The attendant there told me to clean it, I did. It was not dirty. They said to go clean it at home. Rude service, they do not help.
